Myriad SOP is a highly effective sales order processing module. Particularly suitable for internet retailers, wholesalers, and any business which does not sell solely through tills. 

SOP allows rapid order entry and the production of all associated paperwork - picking lists, despatch notes, and invoices. 

In addition, SOP also provides the tools required for a streamlined customer returns process, which includes Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) generation, receipt of goods, returns processing and credit note/refund processing

Efficient
Each step of the sales order process is designed to deliver maximum productivity. Intuitive, step-by-step screens allow the user to quickly obtain the relevant information to ensure efficiency. 

Order entry staff have full access to quick product searches, stock allocation, cross-selling opportunities, promotions, and product images. This means that the order process is also quick for customers too. 

SOP can be used to create quotations, and amend orders which have been placed. Back order information can be recalled quickly to assist customer enquiries. 

As well as unproblematic manual order entry, SOP can import a number of file types. Batches of orders (such as those placed on a website) can be fed straight into the system, which saves hours of rekeying data and eliminates the chance of any errors.

Integrated
Like all Myriad modules, SOP resources are provided by data within the system.  

SOP integrates seamlessly with all other areas. This enables such facilities as capturing loyalty scheme details, applying the correct discount level to an account, or accessing the right delivery address. 

Information entered into SOP is stored in the system, allowing the creation of key reports for assisting business decisions.

Customisable
SOP has been designed to be flexible, so that it can adapt to the requirements of any business. There are a number of SOP settings that can be configured according to how the system needs to function.  

This allows many processes to be automated or user-authorised, depending on the situation. Some of these SOP procedures can be bypassed completely, and this streamlining generates further time reductions. 

Password-protection can also be applied to functions such as discounting, which enables complete management control of the system.
