PMC (Personalised Memento Company) are a leading supplier of personalised gifts to a huge range of retailers, including Mothercare, Littlewoods, Getting Personal, Find Me a Gift, and Great Little Trading Co.
They first approached us in September 2009, with a view to using Myriad to control their stock levels and production processes.
It wasn't long before they realised the full capability of Myriad, and commissioned us to build a Myriad WebShop-driven website which would handle their online trade orders.
The brief from PMC was to build a clean, fresh, and easy-to-use website, which was well-optimised and in keeping with their corporate branding and identity. Another key requirement was that it could handle specific pricing for different customers.
PMC were very happy with the result, and received plenty of positive feedback from their customers too. As the site is trade-only, it does not display prices until a customer logs in, and prices the customer sees are specific to them. These prices are set and updated in the Myriad back office, along with all other product information, graphics etc.
Because the website is driven by Myriad WebShop, all the orders placed online are automatically fed into Myriad for processing, without any rekeying required. This facility has generated huge efficiencies for PMC, and along with other cost and time saving benefits Myriad has produced, PMC are growing their turnover and customer base at a fantastic rate.
